Lovely wine -- racy acidity, well-integrated oak, concentrated fruits (a bit of citrus), very mineral. Showing beautifully but should continue to improve for up to 5 years

Lively medium straw yellow; hazelnut and salted butter, oak; serious, dry, weight but no grace, correct acidity but seems long in the tooth; decent length but fails to convince. Where is this going? There must be better bottles?

Tight, brilliant fruit that's still primary and tinged with minerals and floral notes. Over 2 hours from bottle this opened and sh0ows some mature flavors with a hint of popcorn and butter on the nose. Drink now and for 5 years. The rapid transition from tightness to mature flavors would make me cautious about long term cellaring without at least checking in a couple of times over the next 5 years.

Very dark golden yellow. Tell tale cork. Slight rancio and over ripe apples on the nose. More like an aged Savannieres.
