  Intense aromas of red apple, pineapple, toasted bread and butter. Powerful flavors of red apple, lime and bread.
  
  Dry. Light body. High acidity. Excellent balance. Good structure. Some complexity.
  
  Medium finish with lime and apple.
  
  A nice and enjoyable sparkling wine. Balance, intensity and acidity are the main strengths. Improves as it warms up a bit. Probably very good with food but works good alone. Refreshing. It could have better structure and much more complexity. 86/100
