Pale grayish/golden color.
Fresh and delicate aromas of ripe pear, lemon, vanilla, white flowers and minerals. Powerful and fresh flavors of minerals, lime fruit, grapefruit and unripe green apples.
Dry. Medium body. Fresh acidity. Okay balance. Good structure. No complexity.
Short finish with grapefruit.
Day one: A refreshing white wine with a lot of minerality and citrus. Works good both in and with food. 84/100
Day two: Riper and more floral. Better with food (salmon) than on its own. Refreshing and pure. Quite okay. 86/100

German white wine from Mosel: Riesling. 7 % alcohol. Total Acidity, 10,2 g/l. Residual Sugar 98,6 g/l.
AP number #17 15. 750 ml bottle. Decanted one hour prior to consumption and stored in the decanter during the evening.
Medium golden color.
Sweet, delicate and fresh aromas of honey, earth, bicycle store, lemon, white flowers, ripe apricots and minerals. Sweet, powerful and fresh flavors of pineapple, lemon, bicycle shop, dried apricots, yogurt, butter, yellow flowers and minerals.
Semi-sweet. Full body. Fresh acidity. Very good balance. Very good structure. Some complexity. Very good concentration. Good intensity.
Medium finish with apricot and butter.
A very good and enjoyable Auslese. Ripe, full body, pineapple and mineral driven with a high acidity. Improves with air and performs best fridge cold. More of a sipper than something that should be combined with food. Drinks perfectly right now and I see no reason for further aging. Delicious. 93/100

German white wine from Mosel: Riesling. 7,5 % alcohol.
AP number #01 15. 750 ml bottle. Consumed over two days. Each half of the bottle was decanted separately per evening and stored in the decanter during the evening of consumption.
Pale golden/greenish color.
Delicate, sweet and fresh aromas of candied pears, brioche, ripe lemons, bicycle shop, white flowers and minerals. Refreshing, sweet and very powerful flavors of candied pears, ripe lemon, petroleum, yogurt, brioche, white flowers and minerals.
Semi-sweet. Medium body. Medium+ acidity. Excellent balance. Very good structure. Good complexity. Excellent concentration. Very intense. Pure. Airy. Rich.
Very long finish with lemon and minerals.
Day one: An extremely enjoyable Auslese. A liquid version of a summer day at Capri or Hvar. Refreshing, concentrated, airy and intense. More than enough acidity to balance the sweetness. Performs best fridge cold. Improves with air. Excellent with Thai food (green curry with shrimps). 10 years old? No signs of age here, can probably last for an eternity in anyone’s cellar. Absolutely delicious. 97/100
Day two: Riper but also less intense and vibrant. 96/100
