  The folks from Tabor did a nice job with this. It is quite dry with some minerality on the nose and on the palate. The dark fruit of the Cab Franc tries to show through but is is ver subtle and exactly what I would expect from a Rosé. Perfectly fine without food and just a nice casual sipping wine.
