Laden with Brett and fruit, and tingly with a sharp acidity. Bacon is the first thing on the tongue initially, followed by some cherry fruit, and an almost fizzy acidity, not perceived as sour. Tannins blend in with stems for a hint of garrigue in the aftertaste. The Brett makes this wine work. Brett eventually blows off though, and the wine becomes hard going with the acid. I wouldn't give it a huge amount of air.
