  Rostrote Farbe mit bereits erkennbarem Wasserrand. Im Bouquet finden sich rote, angetrocknete Früchte, Tabak, Leder, Unterholz und eine süße, leicht morbide Note, die an Laub und getrocknete Blüten erinnert. Der Wein besitzt eine herbe Saftigkeit und einen kräftigen Säurebiss, viel Zug und sehr kraftvolle, aber wunderbar mürbe und staubige Tannine. Ganz nach meinem Geschmack! Passte zur Wildschweinsalami und Antipasti, als wäre er dafür gemacht.

  This wine is complex -- savory ripe fruit is offset by a right amount of wood. Layers of flavor continue evolving in a glass while avoiding turning either over ripe, oaky or dull. Drinks nicely now and seems to have enough stuffing for a long haul -- but why wait?
