Liked this bottle better the second night as it seemed to have opened up a bit more. Nose of peach and a little citrus. Added a bit of ripe pineapple in flavor. Medium finish. Just enough acidity to make you want to go back for another sip.

Awesome white! Well balanced and still maintaining a great body and flavor profile. Maybe just a good year but I think it is well made and as enjoyable as any good Chardonnay. If cellared properly, it will hold up for another year or two. Yum!

Enjoying this more and more - seems like an above average no think wine, but it really has a lot more to offer. Ripe pears, soft lemon, grass and a freshness that reminds me of fresh air after a spring rain. Lemon rind, waxy pollen, honey and fresh cut flowers all run across the palate, finishing with soft mineral notes. Lengthy finish. Best bottle yet.

Liked this so much that I popped another bottle tonight with a dinner of sautéed Grouper. The wine is very light gold firm body and legs, like a Chard. Some tree fruit (apple/peach) and a slight citrus nose. Crisp, clean with some mineral/citrus on the palate--perhaps a bit too acidic but could be characteristic of this varietal as I have not had much exposure it. But a pleasant med-long finish that makes me long for the next taste. Found out that there is more of this still available to wine club members. I will be ordering more! This will be a great summer wine.

Love this Pinot Blanc. Awesome nose or tree fruit. Ah, don't mess around sniffing, just drink it!
