Exceptional clarity. No signs of pre-mox and just a seriosuly delicious bottle. Reminds me of Ramonet of old. Oak was subtle. Good mineratlity and lovely texture. I would definitely buy more of these if I could find it but you just don't see

Clear light yellow color. Crisp, mineral, green apple on nose. Similar palate - needs time. paired well with grilled grouper. Very high acidity, medium body and long finish. Would buy again.

Drank this over two days and it showed best on the second day. Intense and vibrant, but a little over all the place at first. Mellowed out with time, but retained a nice cut also on day two. A pretty stony wine with some citrus and (very) green apples. Quite a bit of spice. Length and concentration is ok, but not more.
Not bad, but I'm asking myself if it's worth the money when you can get dry riesling from the top shelf for the same price as this village.
