Still going well, surprisingly. Subtle and without much breadth but yummy and a great accompaniment to some ceviche. Limestone, a but of straw, lost all its fruit but still had great structure, just without the spring in its step.

PopnPour, tasted over 2 hrs -translucent light gold -gentle butterscotch oak spice and lanolin -med+ acidity zooms in like a laser at the finish that leaves a sappy pithy lemon citrus residue and good length, in between the med- weight palate has some citrus and faint brown spice, mild oxidative notes impart some nuttiness after 2 hrs -complex zippy and interesting, better than a prior bottle, this is drinking great right now though likely no further improvement, recent experiences with Aligotés reaffirm they can be serious (and seriously good) wines in the right hands

-translucent pale gold -moderate reduction hard to read underlying -nearly dead on entry then med acidity kicks in near the finish, flavors build from nothing to moderately intense salty minerally lemon with a clipped finish -typical aligote features without really standing out

Stony and acidic. Nice apero. Probably better a year or two ago.

Ripe floral and herbal nose. Some pear. Moderate weight in the mouth, excellent acidtiy on the finish.
P.S. Actually, I think DK563 nailed it with celery and fennel!
