A taste of Burgundy (Winegate): The nose is clean, medium intensity, very subtle underlying complexity, fruity, ripe peach, subtle oak presence, hazelnut, youthful. The wine is dry, medium body and intensity, medium alcohol and acidity, the wine is balanced, subtle, sweet, nutty, hazelnut, lime and juicy lemon, med finish. Very good quality, drinking now but will hold.

MASTER BORGOGNA AIS; 10/15/2013-6/28/2014 (HOTEL WESTIN PALACE MILANO): 20% legno nuovo Naso di spuma di mare, iodio e conchiglie sbriciolate adagiate su un tappeto di zucchero filato. Naso molto fine, quasi pungente e cristallino. In bocca entra cremoso, molto sapido e salmastro, bella verticalità e lunghezza. Piaciuto assai. Vino notturno, etereo, senza peso.. quasi fluttuante
