  Very reductive and reticent nose giving some yellow plum and pear notes as well as some dairy character.
  Dry and medium bodied on the palate with somewhat refreshing acidity and clean pear-like primary fruit. Creamy and leesy with salt liquorice and a nutty touch. Bitter feel in the slightly warming aftertaste.
  Very young. Needs time to get rid of sulfur.
