Decanted and consumed immediately. Since my first bottle in 2015, this wine has totally evolved with an aromatic nose, amazingly fresh fruit on the palate and a richly rewarding finish. Stunning

If you like Grenache that is on the fruitier (cherries) side, this is easy drinking with a medium finish and solid structure. Could use a bit more body and the finish could have been longer, but for $40ish it's a good value as a California alternative to fruitier, New World-ish CdP.
2014 Rhone Rangers Grand Tasting: Perfumed cherry, pomegranate, spice and a hint of floral aromas. On the palate, it's medium-bodied, concentrated, a with a supple texture with soft well integrated tannins and cherry, pomegrante, and spice flavors. Long finish. 91% Grenache from Greywacke Vineyard, and 9% Syrah form Las Madras Vineyard.

Had an off taste, wonder if it was slightly oxidized, will see if other bottle has similar characteristics
