  My first experience with this hard to find varietal out of Switzerland. PnP, dark purple in the glass, the nose is all about dark cherries, raspberries and hints of stone. The palate is fresh with acidity and carries structured tannins that hold up the strong cherry and blackberry fruit base. The body is slightly angular and the acidity can be a little overwhelming if not paired with food.
