Drank over 2 days. Night in the fridge. Best on day one. Golden yellow, so age is showing. Not stored 100% correct that might be why it after 5 yeasr seamed very mature. However a nice bottle. Good balance with mature notes.

Nose has fresh (green) tropical fruit and a yeastiness reminiscent of that found in champagnes. No characteristic riesling notes - more like a chardonnay.
Almost completely dry with a buttery texture, medium-high acidity, slightly bitter finish. At the moment rather unbalanced and thin.
Does improve with some air, so I can only hope that these will improve with some cellaring.

very intense smell of tropical fruit such as mango and apricot, herb garden, very fine melting on the palate, limy mineral appearance, still tight, nearly integrated acidity, peaches, mango, long finish, will improve by some more years of cellaring, **(*), 87- 90?

The ultimate test of my CORAVIN so far.
This bottle was last "accessed" in APRIL 2015!
So, that's more than 2.5 years.
Wine is prestine. Not a hint of oxidation or any other form of degradation, bitterness, nothing.
Drinking like a young 2012, better this time around, now with the extra bottle age.

Nice. Green'ish color. Palate was lots of fruit. Good balance. A bit short finish.
