  perfect bottle. I use to drink younger Rapitalà Gran Cru (2011 - 2012) but this 2008 is really excellent. Almond is the name of the game. Intense hints of vanilla and citrus in burgundy style in the nose and clear almond taste which blends with vanilla and spring flowers in the mouth. Outstanding chardonnay from Sicilia. Only one note : oak sometimes seems too invasive but does not disturb that much
