This wine was very good but possibly past it’s prime. It was a bit sweet and fuller than expected. Still quite good but I wouldn’t pay sticker for it given that it was perhaps past it’s prime. Had another Meursault from Comtes Lafon right after which was much better.

the bottle variation or the transformation of this wine is mind boggling. Great color to start . Clear with slight green hue not golden in any way. The nose is clean with saline and stone hints. Reduction is present but mellowed. Palate is clean no age showing. Orchard fruit and lemon. Just delicious. 95/96

Salon Focofi Paris walkabout and dinner, so no detailed tasting notes. From Jero. Good rather than great, elegant body with lemon and gun powder.
