Bürklin-Wolf Tasting (Freiheit Vinothek, Ulm, Germany): Glass: Zalto Bordeaux Decanted a few hours before the tasting. Clear pale golden color. Clear, youthful and rather muted nose. On the palate round, lots of speck, some floral notes, apple must, some fine bitter notes, wonderful mineral core. Dense and deep, beautiful length. Drinks nicely now, but has potential for another decade. 91-92+
