Drank at a restaurant, started out quite cold. Golden straw color. Very quiet nose, and almost tasteless on the palate at first sip. The wine changed markedly as it warmed. Lots of citrus on the nose and palate, more in the back of the mouth. Decent finish. We went from quite unimpressed to wanting to drink more.

- Light gold color and has flavours of lemon and black pepper with a light/medium body. Polished texture with a medium finish - Excellent with shrimp and basil pesto flatbread.

Pale gold green and light bodied. Very dry, minerally, and full of stone fruit flavors. Great with shellfish or well-aged sheeps milk cheeses.
