PnP and drank over 2hrs. Very reserved on the nose; wasn't giving much. On the palate though, pleasantly ripe citrus notes with some of that steely minerality chablis is known for. Lacks the focus and tension to take this to the next level but very good for the price. Open for drinking now.

Chablis Wine Tasting (Maison Vauron, Auckland, New Zealand): Riper on the nose than the 2011 Louis Michel Montmains with grapefruit and subtle minerality. Rounder in the mouth as well with a long sweet finish. The wine drinks well by itself and with food came across as less impressive and more diffuse. Still, an excellent wine.
