Difficult to taste after a 2015 Labet singulier Sav-Chard voile wine. Pnp. Superb goden hue. A light animal nose with curry, walnutt, whiskey. Mouth balanced, quite "rich", less vivid than the Labet. Ending on mushrooms. Quite long. A bit late, as expected.

Oxidative style, four years under flor, like a fino sherry but with a lemony undertone...drank without food but this begs for grilled shellfish or roasted chicken.

Well balanced Savanin from Jura. Sourness, body, and nut nuanced finish. Young apple and oxidized bouquet co-existed. Mushroom, smoky flavor followed.

Very dusty and funky, better on day two when the creamy lemon fruit was more prevalent. A cheese or food wine...this was great with COVID nachos.
