Jim Barry Tasting (Vintage Cellars, Double Bay): Blackberry, cream, vanilla, black cherry, muted spice, chocolate and slight mocha note, grows with time. Perfumed and polished. More of the same on the palate, flour textured tannins and juicy acidity but completely balanced. Fruit carries on long finish. Nice, really very nice in fact but, with time , it starts to fall apart. very odd and quite distressing.
