I don’t think it gets better than this. Chambord like on the nose. The palate shows dark fruit and chocolate with bright acidity. Immensely satisfying.

Decanted for sediment. Medium crimson color. Aromatic nose of blackberry, cassis, really dark ripe cherry notes, vanilla and some charred wood. Screams California cabernet. Similar flavors on the palate with ripe, dark cherry and blackberries with some creamy oak notes and just a bit of pyrazine. Medium+ acid and tannin but sweet, smooth tannins. Nice finish. Drinking really well and still more primary than secondary notes. Paired great with a grilled dry aged NY strip.

Nice, easy drinking Cali Cab. Classy without being over polished. Fruit-driven. Only criticism would be it coming up short on the finish. Drink up, folks!

Classic AV cabernet. Definitely one you can just pop and pour. I wouldn't hold on to it for much longer. Well balanced right now, fruit is not quite as fresh as the prior bottle.

(from magnum) Agree with the notes from others. A really solid, enjoyable Cab with great fruit.
