Last of a 3 pack, decanted 1 hr. While slowing an ever so slight oxidative note, this was a fun wine to drink. The nose was certainly complex and inviting, the palate the same, but just a tint of being over the hill. dark fruits, a bit of mushroom and orange peel. Drink up though if you have any.

Wow, this wine has really come around since my last bottle (2003) with a fantastic nose of rose petal, baking spices and various red fruits. Mature and secondary flavors of game and leather compliment the destinctive strawberry flavors. A slight mint touch on this finish is quite a welcome addition to the drinking experience. Having had a number of older Amity pinots from my dad's cellar, forget the professional reviews, these pinot's can age very, very well.

My wife loved this wine. I was less impressed. But, happy wife, happy life. So cheers!

May have let this one cellar too long. Fairly light without a lot of punch. Not terrible, however.

Still going well. Cherry and dust on the nose, like the first time you turn on the furnace in the fall. smooth, with cherry and mild spice.
