Still a touch of green to the gold. A classic chablis nose of oyster shell and flint. Pretty much fully developed here and on the palate. Nice acidity, but well balanced. Almost 1er cru quality. To drink now and for a few more years yet. Lovely.

$48 restaurant list price. Clean, typical Louis Michel profile, offering a little more ripeness than some vintages of Michel's AOC Chablis. Good acidity and fine minerality.
