A very capable, weekday wine, with good crispness, clean citrus and melon flavors and a touch of green herbs. Lovely seafood wine which would work like a Vinho Verde, but with a bit more heft.

Herbs, grasses and some spiciness. 10% of the wine is barrel fermented, which makes it a bit more complex compared to the stainless steel fermented Shaya Arindo. Nice and clean wine with just a touch of sweetness.
