  Medium yellow color.
  Dry.
  Elevated intensity, perfumed nose. Generic white flowers and pear / apple, but quite aromatic. Really detailed crisp pear and stones on the nose. Some stone fruit - nectarine.
  Rich, apple-y, ripe on the palate. 13% alcohol, high acid, low bitterness. Elevated body - midpalate weight. Leesy - pear and baguette. Slightly cheesy. Full body.
