MNB: Sauv Blanc and laterals (Home (Noe st)): (blind) Medium yellow color. Dry. Elevated intensity, perfumed nose. Generic white flowers and pear / apple, but quite aromatic. Really detailed crisp pear and stones on the nose. Some stone fruit - nectarine. Rich, apple-y, ripe on the palate. 13% alcohol, high acid, low bitterness. Elevated body - midpalate weight. Leesy - pear and baguette. Slightly cheesy. Full body.
Initial guess: 5 g/L 2016 Vouvray Sec. Rich - modern style.

COuld be albarino but the bitterness is quite low. Could be south african chenin
Actually: 13.5% Rueda Verdejo. Interesting. It's rich. Super leesy. Apply.
20% 500-600L puncheons (unspecified new %)
