  A lighter pinot that paired well with salmon. Not overly fruity. Perhaps stone fruit like plum?

  Medium-light weight but quite flavorful: earthy notes with orange peel. Medium finish. Color is brick orange-red so with the lightness yet pretty flavors, I thinks its a drink asap wine.
