Delicious Pinot drank with red salmon sushi. My last of three and clearly the best. Wonderful earthy cherry, nice acid balance, good mouth feel. Wish this were my first instead of last bottle. This bottle reinforced my believe that we way underestimate the longevity of domestic Pinot. I would say this wine has at least another 5 years. Drink or hold.

Nose is very dark red with a bit of forest. One sip and the wild/dark cherry takes over with a hint of leather. The fruit is not quite balanced with the tannins and acid. Perhaps getting past its prime. Slightly more integrated an hour later. Somewhere between Oregon and California style. Not much of a finish. Again, perhaps its past its prime and would have been much better a few years ago. Definitely new world.

King of the Willamette still. All nice cherry focused notes, held up nicely, drink now

Needed time to open up but was a strawberry/fruity pinot noir. I like this wine.
