At 6 years old, the oldest Sauvginon Blanc from the Loire that we own, which we opened to see how the wine has aged. Aging the wine has added layers of flavors and a texture that has started to become caressing, which swirling the wine in the glass especially brings out. Overall, glad to report that the aged wine is ever better.

Love this; zesty, crystalline minerality with a squeeze of lime juice. As such, it went very well with chicken tomatillo soup and an onion goat cheese tart.

Passionfruit, grapefruit, & grass. Seems less interesting than before.
