(Salwey Grauburgunder) This has a clean and minerally nose with stone fruits and an exotic hint of coconut. The palate has a velvety feel and is thoroughly ripe. Excellent.

(Salwey Grauburgunder Kabinett) This is a step up in intensity with a filigreed and refined nose that is pure and ripe. Kaffir lime, wet stones on the clean and (granitic?) nose. Wonderful concentration and very long finish. Really lovely stuff and would put 99% of Italian Pinot Grigio's to shame.

Wine Education Service - Chase the Grape - Pinot Grigio (Gris) (LSE): Intense gold.
Essential pinot gris nose, honey, flowers, very pleasant.
Fruity with a mature taste, good balance, bitter finish, good length.
