Medium lemon colour. Pronounced and developing nose with smoke, slate, volcanic soil and charred wood. Pronounced taste of yellow apples, lemon, slate, smoke and charred wood. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good Grauburgunder GG. Drink now or over the next ten years. Goes well with cheeses, fish or shellfish.

Aromas of yellow fruits, flowers and some oak. Fat mouth feeling, with more structure and acidity than the regular Grauburgunder.
