  PoB - Domaine Sylvain Cathiard Lunch (Hong Kong): Expressive nose, lots of flowers, candy. The palate was still a bit closed but there is an elegance and purity here that is really impressive. My guess is that this will need 15 years of bottle age to show its full potential.

  Hitting the pinot nerve on all strings, this really commands respect; it is everything we want from great burgundy, light, elegant, intense, vibrant with a sweet, elegant fruit in the center - very open and charming right now, vraiment en danseuse.
