Have to say this has aged pretty well, color is sound and the structure and acid balance are there, the flavor beyond the oak is brown sugar with some minor fruit. It will make really good vinegar. The bottle was quite intact, less that 1/2 inch ullage, cork sound, storage has been my cellar for its life beyond the winery.
