Bought a case 15 years ago and this is the last bottle. Tastes surprisingly young. Nose is almost identical to a decade plus ago. Impressive! Fun to have.

Not at all like the tight, tannic wine it was when last tasted in 2006. The color is just now starting to fade. Good aromas of dark fruit with just a bit of a funky smell that blows off after about 30 minutes. Flavors are smoother now, not so in you face. Fruit is still at the forefront but fading a bit. I get more minerality now. Finish is just a touch of heat. A good wine. Pair with a rich meat or cheese course and you will be pleasantly surprised. Drink now. No upside at this point. 88 points (ie very good)

69% grenache, 18% syrah, 9% mourvedre, 3% counoise, 1% roussanne. Drank 40 minutes after opening. Really jammy and alcoholic, with leather, stewed prunes, and almost honeydew melon. Plenty of fragrant woodsy notes.

Drinking really well right now. Big blueberry, tobacco, leather notes. Very earthy but also a lot of dried dusty fruit. Very enjoyable bottle.

Medium bodied, nicely flavored, well-balanced. Good enough for 2 of us to have finished the bottle in an evening.
