  Robe légère, translucide, d'intensité moyenne, d'un rubis vif avec un peu d'orangé sur le pourtour. Nez parfumé sur des arômes de petits fruits rouges acidulés (cerise, canneberge), de zeste d'orange sanguine, de rose et avec une touche légèrement végétale.
  
  La bouche est tout en finesse, harmonieuse et complexe. Le fruit se dévoile sur nos papilles avec délicatesse sur des notes de cerise croquante, de framboise et de poivre blanc. On reconnaît bien le millésime dans le verre, mais le côté végétal n'est pas trop présent, comme c'est malheureusement trop souvent le cas en 2011 pour les vins de la Bourgogne.
  
  Troisième et dernière bouteille de vin qui m'a procuré beaucoup de plaisir!

  Absolutely beautiful, and for some reason a lot more impressive than the Myosotis Arvensis I had just two months ago, and maybe even a notch better than the Viola Odorata V.V. It is also showing as a whole different wine from another bottle of the same that I opened in the spring. These super-natural wines can have their good days and bad days. This one starts out delicate and almost fragile, as they all have. Gradually it turns surprisingly rich and robust, and also darkening in complexion towards more blue/black fruits. At times it feels like it's on the knife's edge of volatility but it never cracks up and only picks up strength and gets fresher. It has more power and ooomph than the Hautes Cotes de Nuits. The flavors are mostly indescribable, but they're in the family of stone and earth and mushrooms with a complexity and degree of tertiary character you ordinarily don't see in something this fresh.

  Belle robe cerise claire brillante, disque légèrement saumoné.
  Nez charmeur de fleurs printanières, de cerise, de fraises des bois, de cèdre, de cuir.
  En bouche, belle acidité, saveurs équilibrées avec léger manque en finale, persistance moyenne. Fraise, framboise, toasté, citron confit, herbes.
  Tout de même, belle élégance, arômes invitants, saveurs franches et tension+.
