Is there anything like the nose of an aged Cab? With zero decant – mint, cedar, dusty blackberries & prunes. Very enjoyable to the swirl…
The palate had a smooth ‘herbaceous-ness’ to it – reminded me of a S. African wine. Tobacco, aged cigar box & incense gave complexity to the medium body. Not a fruit in sight with a short finish.
Peaked it has…but not a bad ride down, you know.
