  Decanted about an hour, nose of dark cherry, cigar tobacco and wood. Flavors of green pepper, espresso, and mixed dark red fruit. Tannins take over the finish midway through, Vacu-vin'd and put away for the night.
  
  Day 2. More balanced, Mostly the same notes minus the green pepper, and the tannin on the finish. It also gained some eucalyptus notes.
