From 500 ml. Meh. Delicate, red-fruited, decent acidity, a little thin on the mid-palate and a somewhat short finish. The flavours are enjoyable (red berries, light spices, a touch of leather) but overall there is nothing really forcing us to take notice. Obviously at the price paid in this restaurant, there is no value there.
Some CT notes and web reviews mention that the wine is (was?) dark fruited and concentrated. This bottle was not.

Very disappointed with this wine, given the estate's reputation. Really not worth the price paid – tasted like quite average BDX. It DID have a pretty classic Margaux nose, just let down on the palate. Oh well.

Had this wine at the winery as well as at Le Jardin des Crayeres. A very dark ruby with some orange hue. Honestly this has been one of my favorite Bordeaux from the trip. A fatastic nose with fruity hues, this wine is drinking extremely well right now. This is one of the more jammy driven Bordeaux I have had and given the price point, I personally find this to be fantastic value considering the quality. A case is on its way! I would say this wine will be drinking in its prime Between the next 2-5 years.

Dark chocolate and vanilla. Almost like a choc Ice. Leathery, strong nice. Typical Margaux. Slightly shorter finish than expected.

Tobakk, lær. Drikke bra nå, men kan godt ligge. Fin balanse. Good value.
