Pale amber colour. Caramel, freshness, dried fruit, caramel, nuts, hint of orange, xmas cake, figgy, vanilla. A lot going on, med intensity. On the palatte it’s med(+) intensity, full bodied and balanced. Medium sweet. A fresh zesty edge (med+ acidity) carries through in the long finish. Delightful.

Excellent raisiny Madeira with good intensity, good acidity and a complex and lingering finish. This is good stuff that shows some proper age character.
