  Pale straw with a tinge of green. Nose of lemon, crisp apple, petrol, cashew, cream soda, honeycomb, honeydew, and lemongrass. The palate is acidic and bright with flavors of citrus rind, lychee, pineapple, honey crisp apple, vanilla, limestone, crème fraiche, burnt sugar, lavender, dried herbs, dried rose, salinity, and rubber. The body is full with a medium finish.
