  Patio dinner with Neeta and Manoj (Chez Walker - Princeton, NJ): Last red of the evening, tail end of entrees. Drank a bottle of this earlier this Summer with no notes. Really liked it, no notes at the time, wanted to try with some friends. In my cellar from the PNV purchase.
  
  Dark garnet color. Nose showing dark fruits, violet, cocoa. Ripe and smooth palate showing blackberry, blue fruits, cedar. Great length through the mid palate. Full body, long and layered finish
  
  Great wine from Thomas Rivers Brown. The 2012s from Napa are very accessible at this point - at least the ones in my cellar - worth opening these if you have them. Great now and should drink at this level for a while
