Dense/deep sweet aroma - blackberry, prune, hawthorn, black cane sugar, wet wood, and vanilla. Edgy/deep/seemless palate - medium++ but very dry tannin, sharp acidity attacks dried tongue, and then juicy deep prune fruit sustain long in mouth. Long finish. Strong oak is a little unintegrated/raw, but quality and intensity of fruit is really outstanding. 91-92.

Super good! This wine made me question my preconceived notion that Greek wine is not great and can’t age. Not as dynamic or as much of a thinker as a “classic grape”, but this was great after 1-2 hours in the decanter.

Very typical agiorgitiko nose with flowers, red fruit and some spice. Refined and almost ethereal mid palate, lifted by the acidity and fine grained tannin.

Medium to dark ruby. Dark cherry, vanilla, plum on the nose. Medium-bodied with firm tannins that have started to show some dryness alongside bright fruit and med+ acidity. Med+ aftertaste. Maybe just entering a dormant phase.

Probably the best agiorgitiko i ever tasted. Smooth tannins with absence of oak. Killer nose with red fruit and pepper and long finish. Ready to drink
