  Family Holidays; 7/28/2023-9/10/2023 (Alicante - España): By the glass. From a pronounced and elegant creamy waist, made in limited quantities and only in exceptional vintages.
  This lush colour of white gold, with a fine, thin bubble. Citrus aromas, an elegant pastry, yolks and cake. Simply intoxicating. On the palate it has a silk texture, mineral at the tip of the tongue, long and with a fine mineral finish. In my modest opinion, a totally undervalued bottle. I won’t be able to keep my hands off my 2004 bottle much longer.
  
  Por copas. De un pronunciado y elegante talle cremoso, elaborado en cantidades limitadas y solo en añadas excepcionales,
  Del exuberante color del oro blanco, con una fina, delgada burbuja. Aromas cítricos, de una pastelería elegante, yemas y bizcocho. Sencillamente embriagador. Al paladar presenta una textura de seda, mineral en la punta de la lengua, largo y de un fino final mineral. En mi modesta opinión, una botella totalmente minusvalorada. No voy a poder mantener mis manos lejos de mi botella 2004 por mucho más tiempo.
