Pale amber. The wine has a powerful smell. It smells nectarine, quince, lychee and white flowers. It tastes yellow plums, apples and tropical fruits, but at the same time quite dry and almost a faint bitterness. Almost a little fizz. Very tasty, but lacks a little acidity/fruitiness. Drink now.

Cidery, fuzzy peach notes, not much else going on. It's lost some of the funk but hasn't really developed or show much else. Drink these young and enjoy the funk.

Sebastien Riffault tasting at Red and White (Chicago, IL): Again, slightly cidery. Really floral, in a hand-soapy kind of way. Honeyed with acidity that seems to be a bit more restrained and in check, especially compared to the 2013. Certainly a more balanced wine than the 2013, but also still displays lots of those natural wine hallmarks.
