  Dark, with cassis, liquorice, coffee and menthol nose. Medium to full bodied in the mouth, red fruit, chocolate, licorice, toast aromas, pepper, garrigue and herbal notes. Although behind the much more expressive 2007 this bottle is very balanced and fresh, avoiding over-extraction. I expect this bottle to further improve over the next 3 years.
