Absolutely perfectly aged. Earth, dark fruit, charred herbs. Medium body and long finish. This has been aged at 56 since I got it and it could not get better. So much tertiary complexity, I wish I had so much more of this.

Solid Bordeaux blend with charred dark fruit, dried herb, oak and tannin. Medium+ body and finish. Every bit of tis wine seemed young, but drank just fine. Not a hint of its age.

Drinking well now, with the cab dominant and the other varieties adding some complexity. Nice concentration, well judged oak, and very tasty on the plush, medium to full bodied palate. Mainly black fruits and a touch of mint as well. Very new world, and I enjoyed this (A-).

This is my first of these (/3) and it's smooth, round, enjoyable, and ready to go right off the pop. Dense, opaque coloring with purplish ruby at the very edges. Aromas of dark fruit, menthol, and graphite minerality. Medium to medium(+) body, acid and finish, and flavors of dark and dark red fruits, lemon, and minerals. Not much in the way of tannins here, but the acidity keeps it in balance. I don't think anyone's confusing this for an old world wine, but it's not blowsy or anything and I think it would please most palates well enough. I'd say burgers for the pairing.
