Taste: tart apples. Dry but with a perceived sweetness. Finish is apple peels.
Overall impression: great with pork. Easy drinking. Would probably reach for this before the Prosecco that I normally gravitate toward for a daily drinker bubbly.

Nose is very off-putting and sulfuric—almost like garbage but not in the good Riesling way but the palate is redeemingly crisp. Typical sauv-blanc flavors of green apple, lemon peel and a hint of minerality make it drinkable if not memorable. For $15 I guess it is pretty good but next time I will probably pay a few more bucks to enjoy something like the Gruet Blanc de Noirs.
