Bordeaux from Aquitaine Wine Company: Almost Chard-like nose with oak, pears, and a lot of vanilla. The palate however is lighter in style, with lemon, lanolin, warm spices from oak, and fresh acidity. Medium bodied, balanced, and an underlying crushed rock characteristic made for a nice white Bordeaux.

I got some oakiness on this wine, not much, but some. The palate is nice, though. Lemon citrus flavors, with some minerality and a nice crisp finish. It snaps on the finish, but offers some depth on the palate. I'm pretty impressed with this entre-deux-mer. 87-90

A rather closed nose, with some floral notes just about detectable. A fruity, open style. Very Good Indeed.
