Dark, almost amber in color, showing classic signs of significant bottle age. Starts with a lot of apple, but gives way to loads of caramel and butterscotch. Not particularly complex, but very silky and elegant. Very nice example of a mature dry white Bordeaux, and well priced at $35 off the list at Red Rooster. 89.
