Grapemates with Jon Mk.2: Very floral, light kero, apple and toast. Acid is still very bright and as the wine warms up, the fruit begins to show a little more of itself, making the balance better. Slowly, slowly, slowly developing, but developing all the same.

Raid Len's Cellar #10: Screwcap. Spice, mandarin, lime and oranges. Tight and fresh acidity, the fruit has just started to round out but it'll be some time yet before it sheds its youth. Good length and will check back in on this in a couple of years.

Been hanging onto this one for years - the wait was worth it! Beautiful delicate citrus flavours with a toasty, buttery, honey finish. Matched with pear and cardamon infused scallops. Delightful.

Bright pale straw colour with touches of lime, general citrus fruits & honey on the nose. Lime is quite the dominant flavour with hints of nettles & honey. Well-defined zesty acidity and good length with a quite complex finish.
at just over ten pounds, pretty good value, with a balance that suggests it will do a few more years yet and hopefully add a little complexity as well.
